Barrancas house designed by , is a project of remodeling house of the seventies, which was not visually attractive, but had certain potential. Now, after repairing the house is luxurious, comfortable and elegant. There is a beautiful garden with a pool and relaxation area and a lot of tropical foliage.
The main goal was to create a project that is defined by its focus on detail, modernity and routes, which generate great excitement and satisfaction. Privileged location of the residence, which has forest view, allows installing of windows from floor to ceiling, managing to attract the elements of an outside as well as natural lighting freely enter the house.
The selection of materials such as marble, stone, and wood, with natural shades such as dark green and gray provide an earthy feel that drives this integration with external and creates the feeling of unlimited space. Various amenities for the family to enjoy different activities were created. The landscape was carefully designed with own plants of the local climate, green roofs, and vertical gardens were used in the walls.
