According to the plan, everything that could be left from the old butcher’s shop was preserved, like tiling, walls, and ceiling. The modern meat processing line was built along with an open kitchen and giant Grillworks grill, wine bar, shop and comfortable accommodation for guests. The restaurant is fully accessible so guests can see all the stages of meat preparation.
